The park's completely interactive experience, with free educational animal shows, tours, and feedings, makes this a wonderful destination for children of all ages and abilities.
Searching for an outdoors experience for you and your older kids? Look no further than Paddle Niagara. Offering a "different perspective" of Lake Ontario and the Niagara River, this company provides an experience like no other. Tim Bala and his crew provide extremely helpful and patient training for all newcomers and experienced paddlers alike. This is an absolute must and we highly recommend opting for the lesson to get some pointers on proper form and how to not tire out your arms quickly!
Nothing says summer like having a backyard barbeque in the sun; but why should you be the one cooking? Peller Estates Winery is hosting Food Truck Eats on the May long weekend. If your family is known for its adventurous palette, come to bask in the most daring, delicious and inventive street food available from 20 of the top Food Trucks and local vendors. Children 2 - 18 require a children's ticket to the event which entitles them to a souvenir glass and one non-alcoholic beverage. If you're interested be sure to buy a ticket early as this event sells out every year!
Splash the day away and celebrate this long weekend properly. The three-acre Fallsview Indoor Waterpark has been named one of the largest indoor waterparks in the world; offering fun for all ages. Home to 16 slides, a giant indoor wave pool, mammoth rain fortress with 1,000 gallon tipping bucket, simmering hot springs, a year-round outdoor sundeck and activity pool this is definitely the place to go! It has quickly become one of the most popular attractions in Niagara Falls and will definitely become a family-favourite.
